Hotel Ram Saroj Palace

The room was good (in looks), but some worst things, the bathroom had no exhaust so it was full of bad smell, telephone was not working initially we had to get it fixed, toilet seat was broken, the was basin tap was leaking so yeah.

Very good experience.Cleanliness, room interior, excellent. Staff is courteous and cooperative. Food quality is good Things are too good to keep the rating at 5 star.

Worst Service, They Ask for the payments every 24 hours, non of the hotel does these kind of things.

Worst hotel i have ever seen .I booked room one day before reaching they confirm booking and also said they will pickup from station.but at the time of reaching the hotel person at reception said that your booking not written in our books . Poor staff not support in any condition.

Good for small trips, Visited for business trip, good location easy Access from the station located at Platform 2. Don't hire vehicle it's walkable 5 minutes from the station. Good Place cooperative staff, quality food try authentic food. Like Parathas vegetables etc

The rooms are in good condition and do provide value for money. They do provide good services too. There is ample space provided for conducting marriages and functions. Best part about the hotel.is that it is very near the Sagar Railway Station. The distance to the railway station is walkable. You can rely on this hotel.for a comfortable stay.
