Hotel Om Palace

I booked this hotel through trip advisor and I got very good deal. Initially I was little skeptical but as soon as I entered hotel it was great. It is in the heart of the city, staff was really helpful. They arranged cab and provided all relevant information as we were heading towards khujraho... I spoken to owner , he seemed quiet decent. More over food was great. Thanks a lot om palace.... Way to go.

Me and my friend Abhishek had to visit Satna and by Trip advisor found this hotel to be nice. We had booked it through Go ibibo and were little afraid as this was our first booking by Internet. But as we entered this property we were surprised to see the services provided at such an economical rate. Food provided was also very tasty although they serve only vegetarian food.

Great hotel in satna , food was very tasty and yammy |Specially chicken chilliy was very good in taste and services was fantastic.|A complete family Stay. I Will definitely come again and suggest to everyone go om resorts and make your stay wonderful.||

Hotel is in main location of busstand. Easy to get in touch with out door food and other necessity. Room are old fashioned. Cleaning and hygiene is moderate good. Food quality is good.

We stayed for one day in this hotel in Jan. Winters were at its peak and blanket provided by hotel were not enough. Room was small but clean. Food was good. Hotel is located near bus stand, noise from bus stand might bother some travelers. Hotel is just ok if your are on budget and looking for accommodation for short time (day or two).

Recently, second time I have stayed in this Hotel for one night. As my last was not good in this hotel and keeping in my mind I was not ready to stay but tried. This time I stayed in December, very cold time and they have provided sufficient blanket and I also realize the quality of food stuff were improved from my previous stay.

We had our one family function there. Ford was good, staff coorperation was constant. Although, guests had to face problem with parking space and little more work on ambience would be appreciated.

Very bad service and bad quality rooms. No cleaning in room and bathroom, bathroom is very bad, water and soap get collected in bathroom and never passes. There show WiFi but Internet is not available after connecting WiFi and they only sake fake that there is some problem with Internet and will be solved today and kept saying it one week. No towel change. For every single thing, you need to call.
