Hotel Rishi Residency

We booked hotel rooms 2 days before our guest reached, but were allocated different rooms with worst cleaning and maintenance. Rooms were smelling and bed sheet were wet. Staff are also not supportive. Water was not available for long time in the wash rooms. Over all, not a good experience.

Its good and friendly staff here. Good sarvice here for custmers. Rooms are very clean and fresh air here. Its near from local bus stand. Its 15 to 20 minutes walk from bus stand and also railway station. You have take a auto or rikshaw from bus stand or railway station.

This is only one of satna best hotel very good service and very nice polite behaviour reception and jaiswal also

Located near circuit house square , it's about 1.5 km from Satna railway station, market is at walking distance , room service are unpredictable.
