Hotel Varay Eco

Newly opened hotel, rooms are good. Had been there with my family and felt safe. Furnitures and fixtures are of good quality. The only problem I faced was parking. They say they have parking but they ask you to parking at a place where it's not safe. My car tyre was punctured in their so called parking space. Once can surely stay here if they don't have car.

No parking space, only in the night time you get space for 2-3 cars. The location is very good. All the means of transport and food joints are available. The staff is good, rooms fine but toilets need maintenance.

Lets start with what was good, 1. The room was clean and washrooms were clean too. 2. They provide almost all toiletries.3. Room size is big and can accomodate four people without issues. Now the issues: 1. Washroom light was not working (1 out of 2) a bit maintainance required altough its very new 2. They are not bothered if you are checking in late but are very much concerned about your check out and will keep calling 1 hour before your checkout time. 3. I asked if we can extend our checkout by 5-6 hours. The front desk lady without any empathy and smile said will have to pay full day charge. I requested if she can ask her authorities and callback if anything is possible. she didnt callback and at check out she said she already informed that as her hotel is ruuning full and only 2 rooms are vacant so even they have to earn.(with a rude tone). 4. Front desk girl lied at 11:25 am when she called for checkout saying guests are waiting, when asked about their checkin time she said they also need to clean the room and when checked out in next 10 mins at 11:35 am there was no one at their front desk and the rude lady was over the phone with no empathy or smile. 5. When asked for water bottle she refused and said we dont provide water on checkout day (they only give 500 ml 2 bottles complimentry), I just asked for water not complimentry, she could have politely said ats not complimentry and they may charge. 6.The entire staff seriously needs to learn hospitality lessons on how to talk. A simple 'no' can be said in a very polite way without hurting customer experience. Suggestion for Management :- The hotel can be a great hotel with wonderful experience with a change in staff as you have really spent huge in making this hotel.

Very amazing stay with their hotel and their staff was amazing there service also provide a comfort and nice to their manager, Mr. Utsav ji I have so lot's of memories bcz of special thanks to Mr utsav sir

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff, avoid if you are booking via online portal. I had made a booking via MakeMyTrip and confirmed a day before for early check-in but Despite room availability, I was denied an early check-in simply because I booked online. The manager at the check-in (Nikita) kept on saying that for online portal booking guests we would not give early check-in. This discriminatory practice was unacceptable and inconvenient. If you dont prefer guests from Online portals like MMT, Goibibo etc dont list your property on those portals instead of disrespecting your guests. This detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience due to the hotel's cleanliness of your new property.

The staff is soo bad and arrogant, stating aap Delhi Wale buhat bekar ho, I want a call back else put it on social media for sure . Visited Varay Eco property for 2 days.
