One of the best hotel in this area. • Rooms are clean and enough space. • Quality of bed, pillow is also good. • Bathroom is also clean with both warm and cold water option. • Location is close with the Temple gate. • Food taste was decent in the restaurant of hotel. • Staff behaviour was perfect, one of the guy named (Abhishek) was very helpful and serviceable. Overall it was a good hotel and you can comfortably stay here. Only if you want temple near you otherwise this hotel is very inside, about 1-1.5km inside from the main road. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Worst experience ever the staff is good but the service is worst bad smell and the quality of food is also worst washroom are not clean properly totally waste money and they not even change the bed sheet I recommend to people don’t stay there no need to waste money

Overpriced hotel , compared to its location and view , it's over priced , it should be only 1200-1300 . It looks good only in photos , not in real life .

They have cheated us in room for Rs. 3000 . They promise to give complementary tea but not given. Whatever they have promise while booking the hotel they have not fulfill when arrive to hotel even we provided recorded audio of our conversation. They start arguing with us. Hardly recommend not to go to this hotel

One of the worst hotel experience we have faced ever. Bad and dirty and small rooms, uncooperative staffs, not even water bottle if provided at room, very disappointing experience. If u really want to have good stay in Ujjain, dont go to this hotel at all

The manager RAVI and the staff are thieves. The staff stole my things and the manager for supporting them rather than helping us out or firing the staff. They promised to return the charger in the morning they did not . They took my number and address to send the parcel and they dint even do that. They were the worst people had no manners to talk to the customer.

DO NOT BOOK YOUR STAY HERE. THE MANAGER MR RAVI AND HIS PEOPLE ARE THIEVES. On Feb 16th morning we left the hotel in the morning and handed the keys at the reception for cleaning the room while we came back. Upon coming back, a Samsung fast charging adapter and Apple cable, which was plugged into the socket was missing. We reported it at the reception, they said they will check with the cleaning staff in the morning. In the morning they confirmed that they have the charger and that they found it “fallen in the lobby” to cover up for the theft. If they had found it at the lobby, the charger should’ve been in the hotel at the reception. However, it was with a staff member, who as per them wasn’t even their own hotel staff, and that we had to wait until 10AM for him to arrive to get the charger. The staff never arrived and we had to leave the same day as we had our train. The manager RAVI promised to send it by courier. This was on February 17. We have been following up with them every day since, he hasn’t shared the courier receipt and keeps saying that he will do it. Please do not h book here as you will lose your precious belongings.

The manager and all the staff of this hotel (Hotel Shiv Sagar) are professional dakait,thieves and fraud.. please do not book this hotel if you are planning to visit ujjain. Please please please For God sake avoid this Rubbish hotel waste of money. Rather than this you can book Hotel Shiv Sagar NX.. people get confused between Hotel Shiv Sagar and Hotel Shiv Sagar NX Hotel Shiv Sagar and the management is the most wrong fraud and bad thing present on this planet Earth Hotel Shiv Sagar NX is very nice clean hygienic, behaviour of staff is very good,24*7 security and the food is also quite tasty.. There are so many other good hotels present there which are worth of money and are affordable... Government should take strict action on Hotel Shiv Sagar,it must be closed permanently soon and the management should be behind the bars.. Hope for the best Enjoy your visit to ujjain and PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HOTEL SHIV SAGAR FOR YOUR STAY
