Hotel shivay

I booked these rooms as AC as its bug in goibibo app. Later goibibo said we cant do anything. We request for atleast 1 day refund. Owner accepted on first. Later he ignored saying i m busy. Finally he gave fake promise on day 1. Now simply said np refund. This is not how they should treat pilgrims. They can say on day 1 its not possible Never fake the promise... mr jayendra On may 4th only i could left the money if u said not possible.
