Hotel Natraj

This hotel is located near the mahakal temple in a a very narrow lane . I had a worst ever experience at this hotel . We booked the hotel on Goibibo app . As we tried to contact the property about the checkin timing the numbers given weren’t picked up by anyone . We reached the hotel around 11pm , no one was there on the reception to attend , after inquiring nearby, one person came to the counter . He was very arrogant and rude. Talking like he is giving some favour on us . It was our mistake that we booked the hotel online and paid fully in advance . The AC and the fan were turned off in the midnight , reason not known . Completely Unprofessional and arrogant staff …. I will never recommend this hotel . Rooms were average . No parking available. Two stars only for the location .

Staff Mr Smith Rathor behaviour is very helpful. Rest other staff is ok. 2) Room need to Past control properly. Because so many small cockroaches.

Manager's behaviour was rude. They do not value their customers. We had to literally make multiple calls for basic things such as Towel, Soap, Water bottle etc. When we called for room service the manager arrogantly denied. Even the intercom of our room was not working, we had to make call from other room. Bedsheets were not cleaned. Bathrooms are in poor condition. Even the hotel staff is arrogant and management is terribly poor. Neevr visiting there again and will definitely not recommend it to anybody.

Do not go in this hotel. Very bad situation here. They offer dirtiest mind, cloths, behaviour and services. Visitors are treated like slaves here. They offered totally different room from what was shown in booking. And they will make mockery of gentle fellows..

Worst experience ever We had booked the room online, which cost us around ₹1500/- for a non-ac room, I would recommend booking a room offline as there are many good hotels nearby with less rates The room was unclean, there was no dustbin in the room, there was no hot water, we had to bathe with cold water We would recommend never booking this Hotel, worst service

If possible, they deserve minus 1. Due to their careless management at reception, rude behaviour by some manager type guys, who r 2 or 3 in number. They provide facilities almost opposite to advertisements over online booking app Goibibo. Better to go any Dharamshala, if online booking over Goibibo is thought. AC water leaking in room post-midnight, AC remote not given, TV channel not working, many advertised amenities appeared day dream, torn towel that too of Indian Navy insignia given before requesting its replacement. If u dont have coin change, some manager type boys there may try to charge 20/- for a 15/- tea. But 1 boy there is helpful. Only positive point, that they r almost beside Mahakaal. They dont behave so as to invite u again. Its called hekdi once u earn money, blot on Mahakaal Nagari.

Very close to Shree Mahakal temple it just 5 min distance away , room are ok not so big but cleaning was maintained, hotel manager guide everything if you enquire about the darshan and all , for two persons they charge 1500 for three persons they charged 1800 without AC and no bargaining, these are fix rate if you see this hotel on goibibo and other plateform you can see double rate so if you want to stay just go thereand book the room
