Worst experience ever Room was not clean.. taps were not working.. AC remote cells was missing Even that too was not working Please go for another option.. there are much better option

Rooms were not so clean. Used bedsheet were there, staff only changed the pillow cover after intervention. Well most of the Hotels nearby temple are like this only. You can rarely find any clean hotel in this location.

Worst hotel ever , the room was not clean , in washbasin the tap was broken result not operable, even the bed we had in our room was broken , and the receptionist dont have any manner to talk , even the workers there dont have any etiquettes and for winter days they dont even provide with hot water they'll only say that they provide hot water . According to their services charges are too high , if there was an option to give rating in minus i would really like too . Every autowala have the patchup with this hotel so they will take you there only but dont go there . It's worst.

Worst hotel and experience provide drinking water bottle in glass cleaner bottle I had upset 😢 stomach after that no customer service bad staff unprofessional and uneducated. Dirty rooms, pathetic washroom. Even charges are so high.

Very poor rooms, dirty bedsheets, Cockroaches🪳. Bathrooms too dirty to be used. The prices are hiked insanely online. You can get a room at ₹800 on weekdays and a couple more hundreds on weekends. I would never suggest anyone to stay there, infact entire ujjain is not a place to be. The staffs there are too rude without any reason; since it's a tourist place they know people will come and stay no matter how poor the condition. This is the general condition of entire hotel industry in Ujjain. Greed and commercialization of religion will cause the downfall of Hinduism one day. No surprise a lot of younger folks are walking away from these fraudsters and this religious facade.

Worst hotel ,worst service and Managers behavior is bad with customers .Manager has no manners to talk . I have paid advance, but I went there and visited room, it's was smelling like hell, bedsheet was totally dirty, when I complained same. Manager started argument and shouted. They have to return my full advance even. There are many other budget friendly good hotels also.. like Hotel Stayam inn..
