Hotel Gujarat Heritage

one of the D grade hotels. Will never recommend to stay. too dirty. pathetic. Staff are not friendly. they say 3 bedded room but it's 2 bedded. No proper ventilation and pathetic service. images shown on website are fake. Beware before booking.

I wouldn't call it a good place. The only reason i was staying there was because It was closer to the main temple. That's the only plus point the hotel had. Other than that I couldn't find any other reasons why you should stay there. All the rooms (we stayed in 4 different rooms) were dirty and not properly clean . The worst part was the toilet, they were old, dirty and will make you feel like puke. I don't wanna make it a big thing but the hotel owner's behaviour was a bit rude. If you can manage to stay a little far away from the main temple then this hotel is definitely not for you.

Advantage is the Location which is very near to the Shree Mahakal Mandir. Good food nearby. Market is close too. Overall good experience with hotel. very helpful staff. Jay Shree Mahakal

Worst hotel ever . No words to complain from where should I start . Starting from the owners behaviour,very bad The rooms are not as shown in the online phtoo .they r literally scamming .the bedsheets r dirty towels r dirty. The doormats were so dirty that the whole room was getting full of dust . We told them to change 3 times 1st of all they didn't changed at one call when they changed they were again dusty . Belive me don't waste money go and check offline then book such 3rd class hotls .I m not able to explain more .

Only one positive point this hotel is LOCATED NEAR TO TEMPLE. Bed poin.👇 1. Small room. 2. blankets was bad smell. 3. Room in not available foot cleaner. 4. Washroom was ok but not comfortable. PLEASE TRY SOME OTHER HOTELS / DHARMSHALA 🙏🙏🙏🙏

This is an awesome hotel with great ambiance also they are really helpful people. We booked 3 room in 4200 all rooms have great facility. I am adding room video as well. They are very strict with their rules. You can’t eat outside food in hotel. If you make dirty their bedsheet and other things you have to pay for that they mentioned all rule and regulations in their rooms door. Though it was a clean hotel with great service. Yes but there were a problem with mirrors they don’t have good mirrors in any room, you can see only your face in mirror not full dress as we wore saree for Garbhagreh but we couldn’t able to see ourself.

Rooms are small, smelly & cramped. No cupboards for dresses. They burn wood for hot water, the smoke will enter ur room if u r on top floor. Broken mugs, broken buckets, no dustbin, no floor mat,, same mop was used for office, room and general cleaning.. They charged 2000 per day as it was peak season as per the front desk guy. Situated very close to Mahakaleshwar temple. It is just ok for very short duration stay.. It is Situated inside a narrow gully, avoid this hotel.

Booking with them directly is a better option as you can check the room & also the price might be cheaper. Location - Pretty close to the temple but in a small alley. We stayed for 2 nights but there might be better options available in Ujjain. Staff - Not at all flexible & a bit rude. Certainly not an easy place for people with knee issues.
