Hotel Shiv Sagar NX

They are doing fraud type work, at the time of booking they show me good room and taking advance but after next day at the time of check in they provide me different room which is comparatively small (they play with our urgency). After that room having old bed sheet and pillow cover, when i call for this problem they answer that we change within 2 min. After 2 hour of followup i went to reception and then they send person immediately and i surprised that all new sheet cover available there!. How they doing this type of bad practice in front of Mahakaleshwar temple!?. Anyway avoid this hotel. Very bad experience.

Had previously visited Ujjain in 2023, maintenance was better not so good, however given another chance 2024 July visited this place I must say maintenance is not just bad but worst. Starting from waiting in reception on terrible cushions on sofas .. bad smelling corridors with plates and glasses placed outside of rooms with flies and misquotes playing around them. Washrooms are always with bad smell. I had to chose this as it is close to temple complex, but realised there are still some decent options within the same range from temple. Management has to step-up on cleanliness and maintenance given their opportunity to have more better customer experience within such close distance to temple

Best thing about this hotel is the location. Located at a walking distance to mahakal temple, good hotel with good spacious rooms. Service was okayish. Rooms when checked in were not clean and we had to call upon for the same.

Worst experience in this hotel. Hygiene is 0, service is 0, abusive language is used by manager and staff, hot water is not available, for ₹40 they will make your stay hell. Never recommended, these hotels must be shut down asap. Not at all kid friendly.

One of worthless hotel for food, Requesting everyone dont eat in this hotels... I was order Thali found bad smelling in thali, and plates also not cleaned well... Waste hotel.. Am not aware of room. .

Bad experience it’s completely not the one what we saw on website while booking. 😅 though we just had to stay for a nite we didn’t bothered much. Just one Benefit it’s very near to the temple which is why we booked at very first place.
