Hotel Barsana Palace near Mahakal temple

Its prime location was a major highlight, with all major pilgrimage sites just a 5 to 10-minute walk away. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

It's an amazing experience staying here for around 4 days. Initially there was some doubts in mind regarding location but I will suggest everyone to stay here only. Services provided is of 5 star rating. Staff is so co operative and location is very good too. Thanks for making our darshan so memorable in this hotel.

Rooms were very good and clean. 💯 Service staff was also very polite and helpful. Hotel is bit far from main temple but at walkable distance to Mahakal Lok.

Good experience. You will not regret this budget hotel specially the AC rooms. Room service is unbelievable. Hotel very near to Mahakaleshwar temple at walking distance. We had a baby of 1 year and we got everything from warm water to milk that's too hot. Thanks for the warm hospitality. Regards Vaibhav

Major plus point is this is only 300-400 mtr away from mahakal temple. Recently been to ujjain for mahakal darshan, found this hotel online, 1) Owner and entire staff is very friendly and prompt in their services. 2) Rooms are exactly as shown in the photos. Spacious and well maintained. You have hot water available 24 hours. I had shower at 12.30 night to go for bhsma arti and ta-da hot water was available. 3) we might think outside photo of building is misleading but it is not. Building and rooms are top class. Seems like newly built place. 4) One of the plus points is they allow family as well as friends to stay. Most of the devotional places does not allow you to stay with your female companion but it is not necessary that you have unethical relations with every opposite gender. This is what exactly owner understands and welcomes each individual as Mahakal bhakt only. 5) They have collaboration with some taxi systems where they can arrange trip to Omkareshwar. Must try that. 6) Owner and staff is helpful in providing information about aarti timings, abhishek, bhasma aarti, rental bikes, rapido and e taxi system. 7) Place also allows you to eat inside the hotel if you order from outside as well as provides you menus of nearby restaurants. Great staff. Nice service. Very courteous staff. Guided us regarding the best places to travel. Even arranged transportation to Omkareswar for us in reasonable price. Very kind and supportive staff. Also very near to Mahakal temple. Walkable distance.

The hotel don't provide basic amenities in room like soap and mineral water and even the towel. When ask they say it's chargeable. Even the staff is very rude. The room size are good.
