NillA nice decent experience on a family trip. Staff is cooperative and understanding. Rooms had some seepage issues but they made up for it by good service and amazing food at their home restaurant. During our stay construction work was going on, once done I believe it'd be much better. Overall, the best part is the proximity with Mahakal and other temples.

NillRecently visited this property and had very bad experience as the hospitality is zero . Staff is not welcoming at all and we had asked them to serve food at the time of buffets… they simply told us to take it on our own . Bed sheets were dirty and they need to invest in the basic amenities as they lack hygiene and the buffet area was also extremely unhygienic. Will give only 2 rating out of 5 .

NillLocation of this property is great for Mahakal temple but the staff is not helpful or understanding, and to top it off, they have a set line they say all the time: their bosses are not listening to them, and they can't really do much, so they would suggest we write them a handwritten complaint as proof that it's the boss's fault for opening a hotel while they are still working on some construction! Now come the crazy scenes of everything going wrong and barely any action from the entire hotel team. We had a pooja to start with at 7 am, and the temple we were supposed to go was 6.5 km from this hotel. There was water clogging in the middle of the night (4:15 am), and no one responded at the housekeeping desk to help, with the water almost flowing out of the washroom. My mother had to take a shower with cold water—she is nearly 60—so we somehow got hold of a fellow from in-room dining to ask for help from housekeeping! The tea was not delivered until 45 minutes late, and the water bottle was not supplied until four calls in a 20-minute time gap. I requested a warm glass of water, and we were told to do it ourselves from the kettle, which was non-existent in the room, but everyone kept demanding that it was and that we were just not looking for it! Just two nights, and this is what we had to go through. And obviously, someone chose to do some sort of hammering work at 5:30 am because why would we do any construction in the middle of the day when mornings can be ruined completely? The hotel is under renovation/construction, and upon talking—just talking, not even complaining or shouting or anything about the entire trouble we had to endure—the front office only said, "Please write it in a diary for us." We did not even want to open this, but it is what it is. We can't do much about it!

NillIt is under-construction partially opened building. I had a mix of experience here. It is a nice property and staff is very supportive. If you are travelling with kids I won't recommend this hotel as it is under construction and have widely open uncovered spaces on stairs which is very risky. Rooms are good but bathroom was damp. If you are coming back to hotel after lunch time better to get food from outside as they won't have anything to serve except tea. The food is very tasty. Apart from food there is nothing that I can admire.

NillBad experience. Construction activities going on in the hotel. Rooms were unclean and musty smelling. Bathroom was stinking. Bedsheets and blankets also smelled of dampness. Had to remind multiple times for room service. Not worth the amount spent on booking the rooms. Expect better services. Breakfast was ok.

NillSuper friendly people and very well managed hotel. The resources and information they provided was helpful for completing our tour exactly as we had thought of. The food, ambience and maintenance of the hotel is a perfect select for any family vacation in Ujjain. A must visit property.

NillThe rooms are good, huge parking space e available. The service is very much ok. The complimentary breakfast was very much ok. We ordered dal rice in the evening which was delicious. So my guess is that ala kat food must be better than complimentary buffet... I found the menu to be on a little higher side...
