Hotel Naman Palace

The hotel itself is not kept well, the bathrooms are bad, the bedsheets linens are very dirty, the only advantage is the proximity with Mahakaleshwar Mandir. That's what is making the hotel survive. Carry a bedsheet and dohar along, if you are staying here.

The hotel is located within walking distance of Shri Mahakal Temple. Although this is a decent location, the hotel itself needs an upkeep, room, and bedding, and furniture needs to be updated. There are literally no windows in the rooms, and at times, it felt claustrophobic. If the idea is to just spend time in the rooms to sleep and get freshen up, then it's a decent hotel, but then it's too pricey just for these purposes. The hotel staff is very courteous, and the service is decent. Tea and milk are provided on request at a charge. There are a couple of restaurants next to the property which can be eating options, but there is a whole street of restaurants and souvenirs within walking distance. The road to the hotel is winding, uphill, and at times closed. The road is very narrow and loading and unloading of cars become a challenge.

Rooms not properly maintained. Cockroaches seen everywhere. Charged even for drinking water which ideally should be included.

Guys this hotel is very very close to Mahakal temple (Ujjain). If u r looking hotel to freshen up or 1 day stay near Mahakal hotel thn u can stay to this place. Average rooms with good AC but beds r not very comfortable , very cooperative people's specially the owner.

I had a very good experience staying at Naman Palace. The best part is 3-4 minutes walking distance to Shree Mahakal Temple so I got early at Bhasma Aarti. The hotel has Good clean rooms and room service is also good.

I stayed at this hotel two times (2022 dec and 2024 jan). Rooms are clean. Service was good. Located in nearby Mahakal Temple. You can go to the mahakal temple by walking. If I plan another visit to Ujjain, then I will definitely book Naman Palace's Room.

Rooms not up to the mark some smell is coming from the room and bed sheets are old But location wise it is the best hotel in Ujjain to stay and service is very good Try to upgrade better Regarding cost they cost me 2500 per day so it seems to be over priced room.
