Pathetic night staff, no AC in room, gave us another room with a 12 inch holeWe moved back to the Non AC room after paying for AC We senior citizens had to shift the luggage from 2nd floor to ground and back Staff was fre but just watching at night 1130pm Gave us a breakfast of one tea and 2 sandwiches but charged for Aloo Paratha and Puri PATHETIC

I visited this hotel on the purnima of Devon ki diwali day. Excellent location of the hotel as it is nearby mahakal mandir and the food served is amazing. They have a rooftop restaurant and it is very esthetic, during the night its chill and airy. Spcl thanks to Mr. Monu to help us with the food order. Mr. Ajay was helpful too as he helped us store the luggage on the counter safe and secured post our early checkout for the darshan. Would definitely recommend to travel .

Food is delicious. Nice rooms but no windows. Washrooms are decent and clean. The rooftop restaurant is very nice.

Perhaps one of the best hotel check-in after a long time! The hotel service is top notch and rooms are incredible. It also has a rooftop dining restaurant. The food was of top notch quality and price was also justifying. Mahakaleshwar temple is also 10 mins walk in.

Think before booking because service is very poor and slow they don't listen at once. Food quality and taste no doubt very good but at cleanliness they are zero so many mosquitoes in the room and at reception also we had a mouse in our room and they didn't get the mouse out too pathetic situation no ventilation at bathroom poor and poor service because they don't listen
