Hotel The Neelkanth

I recently stayed at Hotel the Neelkanth and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, the prices were reasonable, and the staff were very good. The hotel's location was also convenient, being within walking distance to the temple. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Hokam Singh - day time manager at reception counter gave us a very warm welcome. Check In was very smooth and gave 2 -3 room's options to select as rooms were available. Room's are spacious and good ventilation, despite windows were missing. Hot water 24 hours available, AC are also in good working condition. Bathroom hygiene is required and same feedback given to manager. Service - is also excellent. We extended our stay by half day by paying half day rent. Restaurant food - Food taste is also good. And service from restaurant is also amazing. We face 2 problems , which we highlighted to manager and they gave constructive feedback to room service person.

The temples are in the vicinity of the hotel. (600m) The rooms are very good. However there were no windows in my room. So the time and weather is quite unpredictable. Food is quite delicious and the staff is responsive. Note: 1. Bring your own Bathroom accessories as the hotel provides none. 2. Towels are provided. (2 person bed-2 towels) 3. Water Bottles are available at the rooftop Restaurant. 4. Ask for the geyser instructions from the peon boy at the time of arrival itself.

The Hotel doesn't provide any basic things like Water Bottle, Soap, etc. Rooms are good and the lighting work in each passage looks nice. The restaurant at rooftop has nice ambience but food lacks quality. Our bathroom had issue, the Hot/Cold mixer was broken and repeatedly fell on the ground, As a result we use to face hot warer problem.

The service was very good. I spent two nights here and it was very nice. The rooms were clean and the staff was very supportive. I really liked it. And the main thing it is located nearby mahakaleshwar temple you can go to temple by walk. It was a very nice experience at hotel Neelkanth Ujjain . We two families stayed there . Rooms are very neat and clean . AC ,hot water, cold water are available without any disruption . Walking distance from Mahakal Mondir . Staffs are very supportive and helpful . Foods of in house restaurant are delicious and fresh . Restaurant has scope for futher improvement like installation of AC .

BIG WARNING - No electricity backup, No toilet exhaust . While we were here for one night with our whole family, they asked for all deposit in advance. And then the game begins, there were multiple electricity cuts, no power backup, then the staff talked rudely and said we won't do anything. One of the staff threatened us also.

One of a great place and good food if you are seeking for home style hygienic food you are at right place .the kitchen is clean and food is totally healthy i have my strong advise to try their service
