Hotel shreem

There were no amenities, no soap, towel, electric kettle, no proper room service, no proper speed wifi connection and even for a cup of tea I've to look onto others... No hygiene and under furnished hotel with broken door lock and broken bathroom door which can't even fit a 5'5 height person. The location sucks as it is just below a big gutter which make if hilarious to breathe properly.. the staff was not so polite or mannered. The drawers were filled with hairs and dust of other visitors ig and they didn't even get us proper water bottle instead they just made us wait for long in order to provide a water dispenser, I asked for the room service two times and it was between 5-10 minutes when I again needed something and asked for it the owner refused in a rude manner which sounded disrespectful. Hilarious experience. Don't go with family or for long stay.

Budget friendly hotel, with clean and neat accommodation. I along with my friends were on a 5 day trip They arranged and guided us throughout the tour . We faced no problems It was near to the railway station and to the mahakal corridor The staff was very hospitable and polite

Room was not clean. It was smelling very badly and smell of smoke. No towels and soap while I stayed for 2 days. Owner switched off AC midnight for some weird reason. Staff behaviour very rude. Owner speak politely while giving you room and his behaviour changed drastically after payment. Better to spend somewhere else.

It was a nice stay with good location, nice staff & clean rooms. Best thing was they allowed our dog who was traveling with us

Very friendly environment with nice accommodation and best hospitality, budget friendly as well as cleaning and hygienic is also good, I think you must visit as staff and services are also best at their work.

Hotel is clean and good with few points to be improved: Bathrooms could be better.some don't have washbasins or proper drainage.

They denied checkin, saying room not available, when suggested to keep the online thing updated they shouted and asked to go wherever. Not just this, few minutes ago the same person had called and tool details of check in time, no of people etc. Very bad and unprofessional behaviour in holy city

Awesome hotel staff are very polite and will like to visit again near the railway station mahakal lok 1.5 km only quite location
