Super Hotel O Hanuman Naka Ujjain formerly Krishna Palace

Oyo has disappointed on another level. Had a worst experience at this hotel. Please note that good 4-5 star rating given on google is completely fake. Hotel is dirty, sheets are never changed, toilets are the worst, felt like vomiting seeing the washrooms, walls are leaking, rooms are not cleaned, there was kachara everywhere, there is no elevator nor room service. No HOT water facility. Giving one star is necessary or they don't even should get 1 star. I was so pissed that I asked the receptionist (who seems to be only person in the hotel) to clean the toilet. Please do not visit this hotel with your family. Did not look safe at all.

Worst experience we have faced in this hotel totally dirty rooms. Exceptions were different and reality was different. They are posting wrong picture of their rooms in google. They are also not giving us facilities. They don't have any selled pack water bottles. They don't have remotes of AC it is directly controled by the switch and the water is also leaking from the AC. Their bathrooms were the cheapest, dirtiest and worst. They doesn't have facilities of hot water for bath. The room and bathrooms were so congusted and there were many mosquitoes. Their bed was also too much old that it makes sound when we lay on it.

Very bad. The images shown on Oyo or other booking sites are completely different from how the rooms are in real. Pure maintenance, unhygienic and improperly maintained bathroom. While checking out, the receptionist asked for our phone and rated himself.

worst experience ever. Images shown on makemytrip is way different then what is the actual condition of whole room. roo. was damp with paint coming out from walls. washroom condition was pathetic. I would suggest never book any hotel managed by OYO. I have now doubts on makemytrip on even how they got listed. That was a total health hazard.

Totally unhygienic rooms...no cleaning, washrooms are worst. Bed sheets are very dirty. Prices are too high and there is no facility as compared to hotel price. Can't even believe that Oyo is in association with this kind of hotels...Oyo should take responsibility as far as it's brand is concerned

Worst worst worst ever experience.. Very dirty room, they are not even changing bed sheets .. Never visit this hotel again... They have posted wrong images on oyo platform. Oyo must take action against this.. Oyo is equally responsible for bad experience, I must say that oyo is having no control mechanisms

There is no cleanliness anywhere.The water supply is not provided.The rooms and washrooms are congusted.There is also ac problem with water lickage.The staff is also not providing us facilities.There is not any sealed pack water bottles.There were many mosquitoes in room
