I checked in with my mother here, as a female traveller, I would highly recommend this place for safety as well as stay was very clean, prices are reasonable, they help you with getting auto/cabs. It is situated at prime location. Special thanks to Sandeep, he takes care of everything here and made our stay extremely smooth and comfortable. We felt like a family here.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent experience at your hotel. The information provided to me over the phone was inaccurate, and the promises made were not kept. I encountered atrocious behaviour, fake information, and an awful attitude from the staff. This is unacceptable, especially in a religious place like Ujjain. To make matters worse, I was appalled by the owner's disrespectful behavior towards guests. I strongly advise others against staying at this hotel VILAASITAA INN 🤮. 👎👎👎👎👎🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

The rooms were very spacious, the staff is very welcoming and helpful 24*7. The prices are affordable. Will definitely recommend this to every visitor in Ujjain.

Superb place, Near to station and Mahakal Mandir, the owner and staff both are very kind. Very soft spoken and helpful. Sandeep is the superman of this hotel, he is always there whenever you required. Grate experience.
