*Zero stars* Terrible experience at The Byke Hospitality - Avanti Residency. The rooms were smelling badly, indicating poor housekeeping and maintenance. The bathroom drainage was clogged, and there was no drinking water available in the room. The staff seemed unfriendly and unhelpful. Considering the condition, the price is not justified. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Better options are available in the area. While booking they said complementary breakfast available but when asked Tea in the morning 7 am they haven't provided

Even though the check in was at 12.00 PM. I was provided the room at around 1.00 PM. The room and washroom weren't thoroughly cleaned. No doormat provided, no handwash, dirty blanket cover, no shampoo, no soap, no shower gel, no towels, and no dustbin. All the pillows had fungus which was covered by pillow covers. Lazy and unresponsive staff, which didn't care to serve properly and didn't react on complaints either. The hotel's rooms online are overpriced. The posters of the hotel said rooms@899/- but I booked the room online at 1530/- Overall a terrible experience.

Had a great stay at Hotel Avanti Residency by Madstays! Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful. Location is perfect – just 5 mins from Mahakaleshwar Temple. Loved the peaceful vibes and homely food. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Ujjain! 🙌
