Hotel Prestige

The room was not properly cleaned, there were bugs in the bed, the room service is poor. One of the major reason I won't recommend this hotel because it's located right next to a mosque in a Muslim area. So every morning at 5'o clock you will be awake with loud noise of azaan or namaaz. Since we were visiting Ujjain for the first time I was not aware about the nearby location of this hotel as I made online booking through Agoda.com. Don't fall for the fake reviews on online hotel booking portals because they earn commissions, search the hotel name on Google and look for legitimate reviews. Look for hotels within the range of 100-150m close to mahakal temple, you will find better budget friendly hotels at a better location than this one. I would advise my Hindu brothers to avoid this hotel because of its location and a mosque right next to it. And it's also owned by a Muslim who's using the Hindu name as an ownership.

Worst experience ever. Unhygienic hotel. Non working lift. Senior citizen parents went this hotel and they were forced to climb 4 floor in order to reach their room as their lift was not working and their uncompassionate staff. AS THIS HOTEL IS OWNED BY NON HINDU, HE SHOWED CRUEL PARTIAL BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS HINDU PILGRIMAGE.

Be prepare at your check out time. They will call you in every 5 minutes and force you to check out 😂 they refused to provide us soaps before check out time.

Worst experience, there were rats under the bed , they gave me the room without cleaning and the smell cant bare , 2 in the night I asked for another room . And his answer was 'chuha kaha se aya !' .

Worst Hotel experience ever !! No room service nothing, even they say to take luggage yourself and AC didn't worked also.....
