Hotel City Palace

Not worth to give 2,000/night. First of all the interior of front is very premium But when you visit the room it is disgusting. The hygiene is not mentioned for washrooms also. The basic service like water bottle, towels, soaps are not there.

Hotel are normal, i didn't see upper side of hotel, i stayed here with my 15 friends , so ground floor is big for group cost is just 200 rs for 16 people, bathroom are cleans outside of hotel so many Shops are available for breakfast lunch..must try kulhad tea superb in taste, just 30 sec of walking you directly go for darshan. Thank you 😊

Worst hotel ever stated. Even a poors house can have some facility but here every equipment and electronics are not working. Here employees are all in smoking and drinking and old 65+ years old. No maintenance in the hotel

I just check in today morning…..whatever have been shown in pictures it’s totally different….be careful of rikshawale bcoz one of the rikshawala only brought us here just bcoz it is close to Mahakal Mandir we chose to stay……cockroaches were roaming everywhere plus the room condition was so bad….and the most important thing their service and staff shittttt I mean so rude nd so bad they don’t even care what we want once we have paid them…..I will highly not recommend this whoever wants to go there with family and friends…..they charge 1500 to 1800….in this much money uh can get more options

DO NOT GET FOOLED BY LOOKING AT THE PICTURES which were taken 5 years ago. Given a chance I would want to give a "0" start but google doesn't let me. We felt disgusted with our room but did not have much of a choice considering our situation/circumstances during that night. I missed talking the pictures of the so called suite room but captured pictures of the bed bugs. There were tens of them beneath the matress/bedsheet ready to feed on us. That left me question, when the last time the room was cleaned or the sheets were changed. The sofas too were in disgusting condition with all the stains and didn't even want to sit. We ended up using the room just to keep the luggage and were on the streets most of the night until we left to bhasmarti. The only advantage with this hotel is that it is just a 5 min walk from the main temple.

I want to give this hotel 0 star.. Very bad experience.. Plz if You are staying in ujjain..dont come to this hotel..very bad experience.. It’s winter and there’s no hot water in bathroom…Bathroom door do not close properly..Management is worse.

PLEASE AVOID PAYING IN ADVANCE Pathetic service and no sense of language at the reception. Worst rooms do not get fooled by the pictures mold everywhere not even worth a rupee
