Firstly do not book it online. Because when you visit the hotel, they said it was not them and they never received any booking. So you will lose money as it happened to me. The website or the location online is under the control of a scammer. So never book online for this particular hotel. Coming to rooms, the rooms were not clean at all, the bedsheets were not changed to be frank I can smell the room for worse. Washrooms were pretty small that you can literally say it is just for standing and not for bathing. And my mom felt it unsafe as there are lots of noises made during nights. It is unsafe for family. Room stinks a lot to be frank. One of the worst experience. I wanted my ujjain stay to be pleasant as it is our devotional family trip. And then two days later, the hotel staff called me and asked me to vacate the room and said their hotel was filled and that I need to vacate as my checkout date is the next day. But when I visited the hotel to speak and clarify about this, I found police to be present at the hotel and that the hotel is being sealed. So we checked out from there. Never visiting again and guys please be careful when you book online. Try to book it from make my trip or visit directly to book the stay. There are lot of hotels available and you don’t need to book it online in rush.

The hotel was very dirty and it was the worst experience of my life to stay in that hotel. Only spent one night but it was a very disturbing and bad night of my life. The bedding was dirty, fans washroom,bed,room, etc. No room service , there was no soaps, water, etc given in room, when asked for them they refused that they don’t keep these things. The washroom was as small as my bag, it was difficult for a person to enter it, door handle was somewhat not working, tv was nit working, no laundary service and no pool. The whole hotel was as big as my car, I would rather stay in my car the whole night next time. It would rate it in minus and never recommend it to anyone.

The worst hotel I have stayed at. The rooms are under no maintenance and they are not even clean. The lights do not work. Their charges are very high for this kind of 3 rd class room. They work on commission and the auto driver also refuses to go to another hotel and tries to brainwash the passenger to stay in this hotel. Try not to fall into the trap of the auto drivers and try to avoid those hotels which the auto drivers decide to take you. Try to pre book the hotel by seeing the reviews. Never ever listen to those auto drivers all of them work on commission. They will lure you and say that no rooms are available, the prices are too high in other hotels etc but we can definitely get a lot better room at this price. Moreover, the pillow covers, the bed covers, the blanket are very much dirty the rooms are also covered with dust and spider webs are everywhere. The room also stinks. At night, there are so many disturbances and girls will not feel safe there . The bath room was not at all clean they did not even clean the bath room.

I stayed for two night with family. The room quality is so poor. Hot water not given in winter season. Zero room service Dusty fans and lights Unclear mirror. Money waste and zero service satisfaction. As well room lock hand broken so we can't lock our room. Water not coming in washbasin.

We only chose to stay here because of location. They didn't even offer basic things like Drinking water, Towel, soap, shampoo, etc. There was no door mat near bathroom, no hot water when going for bath in morning. Only 2 people were in staff who didn't even bother to respond properly.

Below average hotel for sure! For the price the rooms are too small, washrooms are extremely tiny! Main concern is cleaniness are very average. Overall a okish place as the location is perfect nd you will save money on travelling to the temple!

It was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to and the staff was extremely rude and fought with us and didn’t allow us to use washroom after checkout. No cleanliness, no proper electricity. They did not provide the AC remote in this extream hot weather of May. Staff named vishal mis behaived with us and it’s not even the real name, they hide their identity . Don’t go for this hotel. It was very expensive also.

Good budget hotel with average room and services. There are lots of flaws like when i was staying there, there was current running through bathroom floors and complaintin was never attended. Its near local market and the famous shiva temple Mahakaleshwar. Accomodation are good and so is transport but you need to bargain or you will be charged high. Transport is available at hotel doors,as it is on main road.
