Hotel Satyug Inn

Nearness to the temple is the only plus point. Everything else do not qualify even for a single star. The hotel name is misnomer, it should have been hotel Ghor Kalyug. 1. We booked the rooms through Agoda. The price offered to people who approach hotel directly is much cheaper. 2. The value for money is terrible. The rooms are worth in the range of 1500 - 1800 at the most. One of our friend who did not book a room got a far better room at half the price 800 mtr away. 3. Nothing can be ordered from the restaurant up to 7.30 am, not even bed tea. Then one has to wait for 15 - 30 mins for tea. No tea making facility in room. But the hotel is very very strict about check out at 9 am. So customer has only 1.00 to 1.15 hr between bed tea & check out. 4. The staff at the reception is very rude. They don't care for customer. They said, they don't care about the complaint to booking app, they don't care about bad review, they dont care whether a customer repeats the hotel. 5. The reception staff and waiters shamelessly say that every hotel provides bad service ang high prices in Ujjai. This is a lie. There are hotels that offer much better service, better rooms at much cheaper price. 6. Hotel is located in a narrow lane with open gutter. Air has a foul smell due to this. 7. Room is not clean. AC do not work. 8. There is disturbing noise of cleaning the vessels up to midnight.

Very supportive and cooperative service along with nice And clean room in hotel. All are Very helpful. Very nice food they serve. Mahakaleshwar temple is hardly 50-100 meter of walking distance of gate no 1 and 4. All together i love the place and hotel and services 🤩

Mukesh uttam and Rohit - his behaviour was so so rude and he was like we don’t care people come and go every day .Iwill say worst service i have seen and worst hotel i have seen . AC is not working neither its clean. Its almost 11 PM and we have travelled like straight 2 days . About staff there response is we are not responsible . Over priced and unhygienic hotel. At 11:15 after waiting for 3 hours someone came to check the AC when my parents and everyone was sleeping- This is there guest service. I ordered food and this is what they gave to me in 250/- RS. Complete wastage of money in this hotel so i ll don't even think coming over here.

Location is in prime place, near Mahakal Mandir, Market and Auto stand. Behaviour and service of staffs are top notch. But, Double Bed rooms are much smaller and no wardrobe available. Four bed rooms and Suites are top class. Food quality of restaurants are good and behaviour of staffs are good.

We visited ujjain and stayed at Satyug Inn Hotel For 2 nights, the rate offered was great, the hotel location is best, very close to mahakal temple (100 meters only), they got in house restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dining experience was also great 👍. I recamended all my friends to stay at this property only.

It was really awesome stay We extended due to host full hospitality & economic eatery. I wd rather recommend to experience the energy of Temple ( proximity) all the very best to one & all who were helpful beyond expectations!!!!

Its very convenient hotel approximately 100 mtrs from Mahakal temple. Room is good, staff service and behavior is very nice. Ambience of hotel is very nice. Highly recommended for families.
