Hotel Shiv Ganga Palace

Hotel was at good location but rooms and washroom was not clean and blanket was smelly... When we asked to change blanket they refused to change, as per staff the washed blanked 5 day before. But blanket was dirty and too smelly... After long argument they provide 1 bedsheet instead of new blanket.... Room bed was made from 🧱 bricks and they modified it like a bed. Even no mattress on the bed. The using cotton handmade mattress.

Very worst experience. Bad behaviour of hotel staff, No hot water , they will give hot water only 20 mins in day and very rude behaviour of staff
