Tathastu Hotel

The rooms are acceptable, but the service is extremely poor. Cleaning and staff responsiveness are the worst I've experienced. The rooms are overpriced and not worth the cost. Both the bathrooms and rooms were unclean, and despite informing the staff, nothing was done about it.

The hotel is very close to the temple, barely 250mts. It is a budget hotel with no restaurant and only has simple Ac rooms with decent wash rooms. Do not expect luxury. There is room for improvement. It is a decent place to stay for a night or two. They however provide you with tea and hot water when asked for. Rooms are small but they do have rooms with triple bed facility. So one can book accordingly. They do take phone bookings.

This hotel is just a 1 star hotel. The main usp of this hotel is its Location which is just 50 mts from Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga. We stayed in a 3 bed wala AC room which was quite spacious. The room facility was good. Bed sheets and other things in the room were clean. Mr Govind, the man at the reception counter helped us a lot in arranging dhoti, lota, taxi and also for local sightseeing.

I stay in this hotel, really bad bad bad Experience, Ever i seen hotel in this rules. they are asking more money even after we confirmed booking. Staff is very bad, not given appropriate Service, so my thoughts on this hotel is not perfect for family. I suggest rating less out of 5.

Rooms need a makeover. It stinks. Owner is very hospitable but the other staff are too average. Location is in a very congested place which makes it difficult to access with luggage.

Horrible night in this hotel , We visit this place in September with family. I book this hotel from oyo but whole hotel ceiling was leaking because it was raining outside from last two days. Walls of rooms were wet Room was provided on 3rd floor and no lifts are there . No bedsheet ,pillow cover ,towel given by the staff . Gyser is not available in our rooms The only plus point was A GUY WHO USE TO MAKE TEA IN THE HOTEL is a hardworking guy and try to less your problem.

Tooooo rude behavior & They approve early check in for 2 double bad rooms at the time of booking & then at the time of check-in they refuse to give us a single room at 4am early morning & so rude behavior with my parents also. Somehow I have managed but don't trust them. I will even not give tham a single star...
