**Disappointing Experience* I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The room was unclean, with stained carpets and unmade beds. The air conditioning didn't work properly, and the noise from the adjacent rooms was unbearable. The bathroom was dirty, with hair in the sink and a strong odor. The staff seemed uninterested in helping us, the behaviour of the owner was rude towards us and our requests for extra towels and toiletries were ignored. For the price we paid, we expected much better. Unless they revamp their service and cleanliness standards, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. *Room cleanliness: 1/5* *Staff responsiveness: 1/5* *Value for money: 1/5*

Not worthy, average cleanness,no basic facilities like drinking water,tea.they are making money just only basis of location as it it is situated in walking distance from mahakal temple

We stayed for 2 days, 13 Feb to 15 Feb 2025, in room no 203, having a balcony opening to market. LOCATION, CLEANLINESS, RATES & SANATANI OWNER & STAFF were a few of the main points that were found enough to select this hotel. There were cheaper options available, but most of them belong to non sanatani.

Worst Hotel. Broken doors and Window. Services are poor. Owner/ manager is very uncooperative and adamant man. He wasted 3 hours (i repeat 3 hours) in changing a room which was stinking. Roofs are broken hence some debris may fall on you while sleeping. Owner/ manager will ask you photo id / aadhar of even 2 years old. He will then ask you to take prints of all the photo id and as he does not have a printer. Drinking water bottles not available Towels not provided Even tea is not served at Hotel Soap in washroom not provided Checkout time is too early i.e. at 7 am Owner will make you Darshan of Mahakaal a bad experience. Highly recommend to avoid this.

Recently visited ujjain mahakal nagri with my family and stayed at hotel Rishi kuti, mahakal marg, ujjain. Honestly speaking staying at this hotel was the greatest mistake of my life and the hotel stay turned to be nightmare. We booked five rooms, but the condition of rooms were unhygienic, taps running out of water, television not working, mosquitoes in rooms, filthy stench coming from all rooms, worst room service or no room service at all. Even the toilet flush was not working and we have use bucket for flushing out. What to say I have no words to say about the worstness about the hotel. Even a dharamshala is having better facilities than this. DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL, STRICTLY WASTE OF MONEY. RATHER THAN GIVE MONEY TO A BEGGAR, ATLEAST THEY WILL GIVE YOU DUA. WORST EVER EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.

GARBAGE!!! TOTAL GARBAGE!!! One of the worst stays of my life. The owner Mr Bharat is full of attitude and cant even listen to a single bad review about his property which actually is one the worst hotel in all of Ujjain. Smelly and dirty rooms, cockroaches everywhere , no water supply and you have to go each time from your floor just to inform the people at reception about the water issues because guess what no intercom in the hotel room. TVs not working, dirty linens, no amenities provided by the hotel. If you tell any request to staff they will forget and it and you have to remind them every time for your request. Beware don't stay in this hotel as its a wolf in sheeps disguise, it looks good from outside but has worst nightmares which you can not even imagine.

The rooms are small, and all night I heard Water running down the tab... the bed keeps making noises even if I move a bit.. no almirah, no wifi, no chairs aur even a small table.. i was here for just one night thank god..
