Hotel shree kedar palace

I think all their good reviews have been posted by their own people as it's nothing like what has been described in the reviews. We booked this hotel looking at the reviews but it turned out to be a nightmare. There is a huge list of negatives, but to name a few - No cleanliness - Price compared to the facilities is higher - Lots of mosquitoes - We were given room next to common toilet which they rent out to people to take baths and change clothes. Lot of people (around 20) came around 3 and 4 in the morning (probably because their train arrived that time) who made lot of noise while taking bath. - Staff entered into our room while we were asleep. When I asked why they opened the door, they said they thought we had checked out. Who check rooms at 4:30am in the morning? - The washroom was dirty, and toilet was leaking - When complained about the whole situation to the reception in the morning, they said that it's a common area and they can give to whoever they want. What they didn't care about was that it disturbs their guests at 3am in the morning. Also, they marked our stay as cancelled after checkout so that we could not review their hotel through the booking site.
