Amazing experience in November and easy darshan available in this month. Great work done in the corridor and worth spending two days. Historical figures have been created like a masterpiece and worth a watch for both kids and adults.

Rooms are priced at a much higher rates. Rooms could be more cleaner. Location wise it's best as it's close to Mahakaleshwar temple. Food wise you dnt get much option. Room service is available for tea, coffee and some snacks. Overall experience was good, it could have been awesome if the room was cleaner.

Excellent location,cleanliness.large clean rooms good food at reasonable rates,courteous staff,family rooms are also available.its impossible to find such a good accommodation,near to mahakal temple and mahakal lok at cheap rates

Location is perfect for people visiting Ujjain for Mahakal darshan, walkable distance from here. The owner is very supportive and humble person. Rooms are cheaper in off season. And I'll say rooms are fine for the price u pay.

Poor Untranied Staff. Very old room & dirty toilets. Hotel do not provide cold water to drink, you have to spend money to get the cold water. This was really a funny thing I found first time in my touring life. Room Cooling system is very very poor. We suggest never to book this hotel. No parking. Hot water is not in the bathroom you have to get from outside the room. No towels no accesories .

Went to Ujjaini in the holy month of SRAVAN to have a SIVA DARSHAN. Stayed in the Bhakta Niwas for four days. Went to OMKARESWAR by road. Had a DARSHAN n performed Puja. Though it took a long time to go n return from OMKARESWAR by road ,the journey was pleasant because of the scenery. The road was not good.However, I had a good darshan n puja.

I'm giving only three star only because of location of the property, just adjacent, very near...just walking distance to Mahakaleshwar temple. Service is not upto the mark if you compare with any of the other commercial hotel. Cleanliness and services are somewhat okay, but not that good. The staff doesn't know much about hospitality business.

big building. but management can be better. no appropriate contact details available online. Trust responds that room can be booked on arrival but the rooms are not available when you arrive. they have stopped taking online bookings. Unfortunately this room booking was only negative thing I felt on trust part otherwise mahakaleshwar trust is perfect in every single management thing.
