OYO 47433 Hotel Everest Palace

Worst experience in my life, we were scammed by them. The room smelled so bad like a rotten mouse. Their toilet was also clogged up, and they also ask you pay upfront on room cost, please don’t pay them single rupee. They also evicted us at 3 am midnight and were told to pay next day fees even though it was not time for checkout, they are scammers please stay away from, they will promise you at the time of paying and then refuse you after you pay it. Please stay safe, jai Mahakal.

Very disappointed with my stay. The AC wasn’t working, the bathroom was dirty, and the staff was unhelpful when I complained. Definitely not worth the money.

very bad option for stay. no maintenance at all. The staff is rude, and the owner is super rude. when we checked out in the morning, he didn't allow us to keep our luggage at the lobby. dirty bedsheet, main door with missing handle. never ever stay at this *palace*

Worst hotel and their staff. Rooms and bedsheets are not clean. Someone tried to come at my room in morning 4 am. When they opened door with keys, at the same time electricity power gone. Luckily I was not in sleep and watching series on mobile. When I asked them reason for entering with dupe keys, they said staff has allocated this room to them & provided keys too. It was horrible incident.

Worst hotel to stay . They don't have even clean rooms and toilets. staff is very rude and they don't care anything they just want money.

1. Never entering this hotel again, The charges vary from customer to customer. 2. There's no respect for customers, they take your money and provide no service at all. 3. Washrooms are in poor condition 4. The owner has no basic respect and the behaviour of the staff is even worse. One day you'll get the result

Room are fine but Housekeeping is worst. Oyo and Goibibo are aware of many complaints but they do not take any Action. You have to run behind the reception for basic things, they may serve you the used bedsheets and Towels. Be Careful while check-in.

Never go to this hotel i said never ever… Rudest staff behaviour. Ac remote not working, wifi not working, tv not working, dirty room, dirty washroom, used badsheets and towel. We were just half hour late for check out time still they charged half money of our booking price even they didn’t informed to check out time. Very bad behaviour
