Hotel Neha Palace

It was a bad experience and place to stay. The lights were broken and we had to stay in the dark for 1½ hour, there was no TV, there was AC but there was no Remote, there was a washroom but it was dirty with no hygiene. Moreover, in the bathroom there was no shower also, no soap and there was someone else's clothes hanging there. So disgusting. I never got such a disgusting room in my life as disgusting as it was. I am very disappointed by that hotel. Hotel Neha associated with Hotel Mahima. Whoever sees this review, please confirm if it is good and hygienic and there must be necessary things placed..like soap and so on.

It was a really tough time for me and my family and a very bad decision to stay in this hotel Very high price and less facilities and also service is very very bad. No hot water, bad location, cleaning is really bad, tv is not working, room is smelling also bed, bed sheet, and blanket is smelling too much, if you read this and so I warn you do not go in this hotel.

Pathetic and Scary are two perfect words that can summarize my experience with this Hotel. I booked this place via OYO rooms, no doubt the deal came pretty cheap but my nightmare inducted once i checked inn with the place. The Room got handed over to me exactly in the situation it was checked out by another guest. I tried to avail house keeping service on which i was told that there is no room service at the moment and my room was cleaned after 2 hours with continuos requests and escalating the issue to OYO's representatives. No towels and toiletry kit were provided. The Seat of the commode was broken. Please don't fall for this place for the lure of cheap rent.

too high price compared to the hotels near-by . Staff behaviour is too much arrogant. No clean hotel, Lose electrical connections, And a very dirty toilet, Bedsheets even aren't washed. No hot water . Had to bath in cold water in this Christmas weekend. Broken door of toilets as well as the entry door was broken . Better not to go

Its a fraud hotel.. managers are rude and fraud . Please don’t go there. I don’t understood why owner doesn’t have any problem seeing all these negative reviews does nothing about it. And also doings such thing at such a holi place..

Don't go there... It's cheap but worst. Workers are rude. Poor quality of service. Bathroom ganda rehta h, charging sockets toote huye hain. TV kharab h. Kahi or dekh lo.
