Absolutely horrible experience. Dirty room. Poor service, no extra towel they provide. No hot water for drinking. Rooms are small. No mineral water. Would never go back nd not at all recommended. Only location is good walking distance from mahakal temple.

A very good hotel to stay, people and care takers are friendly and helpful in nature. Even washrooms are well maintained and clean

Very very helpful staff. Females of the family had change clothes before going to the temple, the staff was kind and allowed us to change without charging any fee

Had an incredible stay at Hotel M Luxury during a long weekend in Ujjain! Located just 100 meters from the Main Mahakaleshwar Temple, the proximity is unbeatable. The staff's friendliness stood out; they accommodated us graciously. After attending the bhasm arti at 7:00 AM, despite the checkout time being 9:00 AM, they allowed us to rest until noon, and we checked out at 1:00 PM without any additional charges. The gestures made our experience truly wonderful. Free WiFi and daily essentials in the room added to the comfort. Being a newly opened hotel, they manage it exceptionally well. Kudos to Raju for ensuring a memorable stay!
