The White Lotus Hotel

Hotel is good only in outside but inside is very massive. Not proper cleaning & bad smell feel every time. Hotel management is not proper manage all things.

Worst place to stay in Ujjain. ACs not working no hot water light goes on and off complained to the staff but they simply ignore you no efforts made to fix the problem. Washrooms are also in bad condition and rooms also. 2 km from Mahakal temple, which takes 20-30 min walking.

Very bad service they provided. and the management person not behaviour well with the customer. the hotel location is also not good. I suggest to those people who will visit ujjain please never ever come to this hotel. Jay Mahakal 🙏🏻

The complete fake showoff, they pretend that they care for the customers, but unfortunately they just avoid our complaining and the big scam is they provide the taxi service where the cab driver stops the vehicle in the middle of the road and asks for the extra amount even after paying the full payment I strongly recommend the people to stay away from such scammers

There is no bathroom service like towel,shop & hand wash. Even ventilation of bathroom open in bedroom. I don’t know who will give him permission for this hotel.

Worst place to stay in Ujjain. ACs not working no hot water light goes on and off complained to the staff but they simply ignore you no efforts made to fix the problem. We complained to the owner Faizal about the issues and he said it's not his problem if there is no Hot water he doesn't care about it. We were threatened by the owner when we said we won't pay the remaining amount due to improper service. Why even run a hotel if you can't provide proper service to the customer and on top of that his arrogant behaviour. Total disgrace. Hope we had an option to give zero as a rating even giving one is not worth such a place.

One of the worst hotel I have stayed. Condition of rooms and bathroom are horrible. Bedsheet was stained, room smelled badly. On each of the walls there was water sipping and black spots. Just beside our head bedrest there was a huge ant house, thankfully it didn't bite us while sleeping. Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Stay in dharamshala or any other hotel but not this one. Pics attached so other can see and make a rationale decision.
