Hotel Avantika

The rooms at Avantika Hotel are good, and the best part is its location, right outside the railway station. The location is excellent, as you can easily find autos, buses, and other transport options to go anywhere. The hotel also has its own restaurant and taxi service, which is a plus. However, I found the pricing to be a bit high. When I first inquired about the room rates, they quoted a very high price, but later reduced it to less than half, which made me think they negotiate on the spot. They have a 24-hour check-out policy, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 AM the next day. While the rooms were good, the maintenance was poor. The blankets smelled bad, and cleanliness was lacking. There was no bottled water service in the room, and the overall service was quite poor. Once you’ve checked in, no one checks on you or offers any assistance. The proximity to the station is convenient, and the rooms are fine, but overall, my experience was disappointing.

First time I visited here it was nice. Foods n meals were of good quality n also reasonable for everyone. I will tell everyone if u visit Ujjain U visit to this Hotel

Very nice I recently stayed hotel Avantika in Ujjain and I was throughout the impressed with my experience. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were attentive, curious, and always ready to help. The room was very clean. Spacious and well, maintain offering a comfortable and relaxing environment.

Behavior of reception staff was very bad specifically when we booked cab through them. After return, they did not allowed to sit in common area even for 5 minutes. Eventually we left. Very bad experience. Also, the driver of cab was very rude and was doing rash driving even when it was raining 🌧 heavily on 13 Oct 2024. Better to avoid.

The hotel staff seems to think that customers are illiterate, which is why they believe they can take advantage of them as much as possible. For instance, they charge 50 rupees just to use the restroom. Whether you're a family, a couple, or traveling solo, the staff will stop at nothing to cheat you. If something goes wrong, they'll claim they aren't responsible for your belongings or your safety. In such cases, customers have the right to report directly to 112 in case of any misfortune and file a complaint; there's no need to be intimidated
