I recently stayed at Hotel Udgam Place in Ujjain and had an absolutely wonderful experience! I work at Air India Delhi. We were a group of 14 members of office colleagues and their families. We visited Ujjain and Indore for mahakaleshwar and omkareshwar darshan on 14th March 2024. Really had a great experience. Hotel staff was very courteous and caring. Excellent service,was provided to all of us. We received the best guidance from the hotel for darshan timings etc. of Mahakal. Rooms and corridors were super clean and shining. Mr Udgam himself took personal care of us. We enjoyed our generously served breakfast and tea at the hotel. I also wish to mention that one of our colleagues got blisters underneath his feet due hot weather and a very heated floor of the temple compound. A difficult experience at the temple for all of us. The hotel attendant present on 14th March 2024 at around 9pm was kind enough to bring dressing, bandage and ointment etc for us at such an odd hour. We all were satisfied and happy with the service provided by hotel and all staff. Everyone served with a pleasant smile. All the best to this hotel. To the owners and each of the employees.
