I was looking for a hotel near the bus station. This is a good place to stay for 1-2 nights. Hot water, towel, air conditioning, quiet room. Needs a little renovation, but everything you need is in good condition.

Not a great experience.. No wifi in the room.. Room 207 - inside window doesn't have a lock so if you lock the door also anyone can jump or enter inside from the window...

This place near the bus stand so it's easy to public transport, which make it more convenient to get the transport and easy to travel for Indore . Wide roads better and modern development of Ujjain . Hotel is more lively and active . Which makes it safer any other hotel. To be honest , one can try it.

it is situated at most preferred place in ujjain nanakheda and also is newly built and does having good offers and services where you can book good sweet for wedding or which function and stay for I like that looks it has and good hotel with cottages staff I stayed there last weekend it's very good quote hotel with very good rooms one drawback is in the bathroom where tab on the way what basis is not proper where you open the tap water loud the contemporary look of the hotel and room extremely happy with the front facing and the staff assistant food was great need room great decor pleasant ambience and supporting staff keep it up staff was friendly Mr alok srivastava food wars tasty and restaurant service was excellent located on highway of ujjain to Indore road very peaceful and calm area where I stay the room has beautiful view of the Star wars friendly little costly in comparison to nearby hotels but good experience with hotel near the mahakal mandir parking in hotel room and clean after to anybody lift facility breakfast facility as a hotel 2.5 star

The hotelier is denying the check-in while booking through OYO, and asking the customer to book through him and cancel the Oyo booking. The property is using the name and brand of oyo and insulting the customers by refusing their check-in. I don't know why I have listed this type of properties and diluting their brand name. No one knows this, everyone came here on the name of oyo, this type of property should be blacklisted in entire online hotel industry.

Hotel sai place is at Nanakheda bus stand ujjain. This place is not a standard place to stay. You can choose this if you are single. They can give you rooms in hourly basis too. For is again of low quality.

If I can give zero star that is good for me, Stinky and Small rooms, staff here is rude and lazy." Fully bad attitude with client, Never visit, And also they are doing found with customer There conversation is not clear abt roop and Miss behavior with females
