Hotel Shree Shivtam

recently had the pleasure of staying here during my trip to Ujjain.From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and attentive service provided by the staff. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. They were friendly, professional, and always available to assist with any requests I had. Additionally, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner during my stay. Their hands-on involvement was evident in the seamless operation of the hotel and their genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. It was refreshing to see an owner who takes such pride in their establishment and is actively engaged in ensuring the best possible experience for guests. The hotel's location was also ideal. The Mahakal temple is 10mins away by car/auto.if you prefer to stay little away from the hustling lanes of the main temple area then the location is an ideal choice. There are also cafes around to explore.

Enjoyed my stay, prices of rooms are affordable, owner is really polite and helpful, staff is co-operative, 10 mins from Mahakal temple and food joints are also easily accessible Safe place for solo travellers.

Very nice staff and they are very cooperative too. But basic things are missing in this hotel. Kitchen is not there. For hot drinking water, u hv to get from somewhere else. Towels they will provide only one, irrespective of you and your family member stay for one day or two. Rooms are noisy when someone in the hall or other room chat. Night bulb r missing, just one tubelight it has. It's not worth for the amount you pay at the hotel. But the staff and the owner are very cooperative.

In this property i have booked their Delux double room costing 1600 approx for 2person. They have provided only 1 toiletries for 2 people and when i asked for toiletries and towel for 2nd person they just said that they provide only one towel per room. They will charge for extra towel.

This is very good according to it's price. Arvind Ji is very helpful and Rohit and Other staff too. You can get your room cleaned, bedsheets, pillow cover changed etc whenever you feel it's dirty. You can get tea and snacks delivered to your room as well. It's very neat to bus-stand Nanakheda which makes it accessible. I lived there for more than a month.
