OYO 24941 Atit Villa

The staff and their courteous behaviour has made good for the flaws in the hotel. There was a permanent stench in the bathroom. Not even a table or chair or a stool was provided in the absence of a wardrobe. The woolen razai was torn in the borders and not stitched. No towels or other sanitary accessories provided. No newspaper. THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THE HOTEL WAS THE STAFF BEHAVIOUR.

Very Bad Experience!!! I had Booking with this hotel for 2 rooms, Yesterday me and my friend was traveling from Nashik to Ujjain we were with family and Kids and all of sudden I had received a call from the Hotel at night 2300 hrs that the Booking which I had made needs to be cancelled as the available room they have is having Air conditioning problem and after reaching to hotel the reception man told that the problem is with electricity of the room so there was 2 reasons provided for cancelling the hotel but after discussion with the reception man we came to know that both rooms booked by me are already sold to another guest as they waited for us until 10:30 PM... I don't understand that how come the hotel can do like this even after paying all amount in advance, I believe that they must wait until the check out time if the full payment is paid in advance.. The second worst experience is from OYO customer care, I called customer care of OYO and they said that they sincerely apologize the inconvenience caused and they said they going to adjust the Booking with another nearby hotel and suggested me another hotel and asked me to reach there but after reaching to the another suggested hotel we came to know that they haven't made any reservations for us there and they done only the cancelation of my previous booking and initiated the refund so I called again to the customer care of OYO and I was misguided by the customer care executive for 4 times and finally I understood that they haven't made any Booking for all this thing we have wasted almost 1.5 hrs and at mid nit 12.30 am started looking for the another hotel.. I requested OYO senior management team to look in to this and should instruct to all hotels to wait until check out time if the payment of hotel is already made by the guest or to wait for the cancelation of the Booking by customer... OYO senior management also needs to instruct all customer care executive to not to misguide any customer if they experience a situation which I had gone through.. I Hope this may help both customer and the OYO Management..

My stay at Atit Villa can be described as near perfect. Located right in the happening Nanakheda Bus stand, Ujjain on Sanwer road, the place is bustling with noise pollution from dawn till dusk. Built during Singhasth 2016, the place has six rooms with both Air-conditioning & without. The ISKCON Temple is little more than a km away. The rooms are contemporary and have 24 hours hot water. The reception is manned by very polite and hospitable staff. A five star rating requires 1. strict mosquito control (repellants are provided), 2. wardrobes for hanging clothes 3. soundproofing from noise-pollution.

The property has a great connectivity as it's very near to nanakheda bus stand. One can easily travel to nearby places like devas and Indore. We can get a budget stay here, though there is no kitchen here but there are local cafe nearby. If someone wants a complete luxury meal Shri ganga bakers is just a road away.

When I asked for a room, the enquired if I've made a pre-paid booking through Oyo App. When I said Yes, they declined to give me the room. When I said them that I will complaint, they just did not seem to care. They said that Oyo never process our payment, then why should we give you the room. Over-all very unpleasant experience

Ambience was average, rates for AC room are fairly low as compared to rest of the hotels near nanakheda bus stand, it's highly recommended if you just want to drop your luggage and want to roam around Ujjain.

Very economical place for night stay in ujjain...frank staff members... Good and quick services.... And its near to nanakheda busstand so u can go anywhere easily from here... Overall my ratings 100/100

Good thing is that you don't have to pay way too much. 600-700 bucks and they good services. The only bad thing is their toilets. They are not upto oyo's standards.
