Hotel Swapnil Palace

I had an absolutely wonderful stay. The rooms were immaculate, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the location couldn't have been better. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ujjain and will definitely be back.

I had a comfortable stay. The location is convenient for those traveling by bus. The staff were courteous and their behavior was decent throughout the stay. A good option for a short visit.

The manager was very arrogant. He's not aware of how to talk to a person. I must say the behavior of the manager is not appropriate to stay at this hotel. Thank God, we haven't opted for this hotel for our stay.

Hotel manager is so rude, don't have manner that how to talk with peoples. Worst experience at this hotel. Don't visit at this hotel otherwise your trip is going to ruin like ours.

Hotel is just near from ujjain bus stop and also from mahakaleshwar temple rooms are very clean and staff behaviour is also good
