Please, stay away from this place. I booked it from makemytrip.com and had a very bad experience. This property is not kept clean and hygienic and property owner is not willing to listen to the customer about their problems with the stay. The bedsheets were dirty, there were bedbugs and I got bites on my legs. Towels were dirty, bathroom was not clean. There was intolerable smoking smell that was tried to be masked by a tedious room freshener that literally made us get out of the room as it was hard to breathe and gave us a headache. We asked for a room change the first night, and the property manager said there was no availability, so, we decided to leave as it was really hard to stay there with that kind of service. When we were ready to leave with our bags outside the property premises, the manager offered to give another room, so why lie earlier about room availability - we already had made reservations at another hotel by then. I'm complaining so that other customers can have a better experience and not get duped by property owners/managers like these.

It was my recent visit to Ujjain.I booked hotel maheswari inn on the refrence of my friend who was stayed tension days before me.Hotel makes you feeling like home and everything is amazing.Rooms, atmosphere, services and Staffs also. I would highly recommend for staying this hotel. Such a amazing experience. JAI Mahakal
