Hotel Kanchan Kesari palace

This was the most unpleasant and unhygienic hotel stay I have ever experienced. The caretaker was rude and unprofessional, the room and washroom were extremely dirty, and I even found used items under the bed. The washroom had a foul smell, poor drainage, and the exhaust was wrongly fitted, spreading the smell into the room itself. They charged me ₹1200 (initially asked for ₹1500), but the place is not worth even a fraction of that amount. The photos shown online are completely misleading and do not match the actual condition of the property. On top of that, the caretaker repeatedly disturbed me, pressuring me to vacate before 9:30AM with threats of extra charges. This shows a complete lack of hospitality, cleanliness, and basic respect for guests. For your own peace of mind and safety, I strongly recommend avoiding this property. There are far better and more professional options available nearby. Overall: If you enjoy rude staff, filthy rooms, foul-smelling washrooms, and wasting ₹1200 on something not worth ₹120 — this hotel is perfect for you.

Only good thing about this Hotel is it's very close to the temple. 1. Rooms are very small. 2. Rooms are dirty, you might feel like vomiting while using washrooms. We booked at 9 am in the morning and staff said they will clean the room, meanwhile you can take a bath and go to the temple, they never cleaned it. When we asked they said it was already cleaned. Bedsheets were having stains and smelling bad, we requested to change it, hotel staff refused. 3. Staff was insisting to order food from hotel itself (they order from another restaurant) but by looking at hygiene level we decided to go outside, clearly they were not happy about it. 4. While checking out when we tried to pay for water bottles they charged us for 2 extra bottles, when we pointed out the mistake they said you have taken but you forgot. We paid extra changes, paying 40 Rs. more is never a problem but when customer is paying 3500 for 2 rooms why would they lie for rs.40. 5. Staff is very rude. 6. They say they have hot water facility but we never got hot water, when you ask them they say hot water will start in 5 mins. I saw people staying in all rooms were complaining about the same. 7. Owner should ashamed of himself where he is running scam in such a holy city of lord Shiva.

Bekaar hotel hai. Please don’t stay here. Staff is rude. Owner sardar is rude. They don’t know how to run a hotel. Rooms were dirty. Doesn't have food. Waste of time to even go to this hotel. No food or tea shops nearby Giving 0 stars
