Hotel Crown

This hotel is good and safe if you are a solo traveler or traveling with family. From this hotel, Mahakal temple is just 10 minutes away by a walk. The room was small but good and affordable. The only drawback is that the flush was not working on that day; there were no hooks or any stand to hang clothes, that's it. Otherwise, the staff was very cooperative and helpful. They received our call at 4 a.m. If you are looking for safety purposes, then this is a good hotel. It took hardly 10 min to reach the station by auto.

The worst hotel and service are extremely bad. Please avoid going to such an unsafe place because these guys can't be trusted. They speak well until you book the room, but once it's done, they won't care about the service. The staff is extremely rude, and the bathrooms are in extremely poor condition. There is no hot water supply, and you have to go to other rooms to take a bath. Totally unsafe for women, clothes are stolen & not sure what else they will steal from room

The staff were very rude and disrespectful. The location is not safe . Bathroom was unhygienic. The overall experience was very bad. Kindly look for any other hotel in Ujjain. As per the service rent was also very high and this hotel is only running because of the taxi ,auto drivers and e-rikshaw drivers because for commission purpose they will directly drop you here only.

The service they offer didn't provide. Not even water to drink. No room service no toiletries. Cost is high. And they say mandir is walkable distance then it is wrong. Almost 1.5 kms distance is in between. Better you book a hotel near mandir only.

I Think Only Taxi Drivers Run Their Business Because the Hotel Is Totally Worst At All and They Have the Worst Location as Many Meat & Egg Shop Near By Even Their Address Is Opp. Kabristan and They Don't Even Give You Water To Drink at All. And Soaps In Toilet Please Don't Reserve This Hotel

This hotel along with nearby all hotels are in pathetic condition ,charges are high but don't derserve 500 per day, hotel will ask you for taxi service and scams with you... better to stay few kilometer away from nearby temple.. they open hotel in their houses,and total scammers all are ujjain city desperately need good tourism culture ... jai bhole ki...

Have bad experience, full of water in room because of leakage our bags completely became wet, dirty smell. Please don't go there.
