Hotel Gujrat Palace

Only good thing is location, but lots of hotel are nearby. So u can ignore the location but cleaning is zero. Worst hotel worst staff. No sense how to talk. In my room, water outlet pipe was there, so continuous noise came of water. Also staff continue talk even at night. Not able to sleep nd when told them, they yelled. Stay in open rather than this worst place

This hotel was pathetic I did not see a hotel like this. This hotel had cigarette pieces under the bed and the whole room smelt like cigarettes and when we called the cleaner to clean he cleaned but his cleaning was so poor that he just swiped the mop around the floor and went and he just put the cigarette pieces under the bed so we cannot see it and at night the light was not turning off so the manager came and he removed the wire and he left it open and it was to dangerous for us to turn on and off other switches. Even on the first day we told them to clean the rooms but they did not clean it and when we returned the started arguing and fighting with us and abusing language with us and said that tere khane peene ka theka nahi liya hai their English was so bad that the were writing the same word differently like if you see the reception it is written taxi avalabale and in room it is written avilabale so how would be their service even 500 rupees hotel are better than this worst experience ever. SO PLEASE NEVER VISIT THIS HOTEL OR IT WILL FEEL LIKE YOU ARE IN HELL WHICH CHARGES YOU 2500 RUPEES.

Look this hotel is not a hotel it is hell the AC does not work and there are lizard and cockroaches with you. The staff were literally paid for nothing they come with a dirty mop and broom and started cleaning the rooms became more dirty. The furniture was broken and the pillows and the blanket smelt like cigarette and at night we felt like someone kept a hole bunch of burned cigarettes near us and cigarettes were put under the bed so we cannot see it but when we came we saw it and we came in group so the whole hotel was booked and all room were the same and we complained the staff and they started to yell and arguing they said that tere khane peene ka theka nahi liya hai mene and there were only four staff members and they did nothing I would have not give a single penny they took 2500 rupees for nothing and mosquitoes flew over the food which was served and the washroom were not have hot water we called the manager but still he did nothing and the staff treated like we were staying for free they said chal bhai chal room me. ADDING MORE 2000 RUPEES OR STAYING IN ANOTHER HOTEL WILL BE A BETTER OPTION. NEVER STAY HERE

One of the worst place and people i have met. Let me share experience. After room is allocated it is cleaned with phenyl which is not even used in hospitals these days. People puke in corridor worst than a roadside toddy shop. Security is zero in this place, people in room throw pillows on people walking in corridor. Coming to manager when we complained about above points after paying an advance. He has no empathy to listen . Instead says I won't return your money. These kind of hotels should be banned from all online channels Note one star is because we do not have negative stars option here.

Worst of the worst experience. Horrible room, interior, bathroom and the entire furniture. the positive reviews and pics posted online are fake and probably purchased. Arrogant owner. Broken bed head rest, torn sofa, cockroached roaming around freely, no water bottles provided, bathroom was totally smelly and not cleaned since ages. Fooling customers in name of god. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. BIG NO FOR STAY!

Unhygenic hotel no proper management, food is of average standard. I found cockroaches in badroom after complaining they offer other room that was also poor in condition. After requesting hotel safaiwala clean but that was also unhygienic it seems all workers are untrained . Owner or manager intention was just to earn the money and cheat customer. I paid Rs-2500 for one four bed room, heavy amount charged . When i inquired other hotels they was cheaper and good but I check-in late in night due to this hotel charged increased and cheat me. Infuture I never recomment to any one nor stay my self. First and last visit due to bad experience.

Pathetic hotel ZERO star. Lift makes horrible noise, impossible to sleep in it. Filthy rooms and bathrooms. They claim to be 3 star but are 0 star.

Near railway station , Hotel's room is very comfortable Also location is of hotel is direct to mandir road . Food not available there however there is good restaurant located at 500 meter near petrol ⛽
