Hotel shree Shambhu palace

Rooms and washroom were not clean. We had to wait 1 hour for our room even though we had an advance booking and we reached around check in time. The staff was not helpful in all the process. We left and searched for better and adorable place.

Room is very untidy. Bedsheets are very dirty. We had to leave the rooms midnight because of the smell. In bathroom the water did not come for 2 hours unfortunately we had to leave the hotel midnight. Don't depend on the videos or images put in Google by the service provider.

I book these hotel from goibibo .. after reaching there ... They provide us different hotel.. rooms are compact and provided bedsheet instead of bed
