Hotel Priyanshi Palace

Very bad experience. I stay 3 nights with family. Room and bathroom are too small. He didn't provide towel, jug, glass. A lot of mosquito in the room. He didn't change bedsheet in these days. After several reminder he didn't provide mosquito repellent. Only one staff in this hotel, who is dusting, clean washroom, receptionist also. I stay 4 hours extra he charge ₹1200/- for that and in these hour no power in the room. No power backup.

1) worst worst worst experience owner and manger was so rude they charged 500 extra for 15 mints late .dirty language with customers like (gunda gardi )for 500 rupes. manger needs to learn basic manners how to behave with families and ladies. 🚨🚨 2) Ac not working again and again we was compliment for ac they was provided diffrent diffrent excuses power cut etc but thats not true reason actually they set switch board in reception section they off the button they save electricity in midnight. 3)Not good for families and ladies to stay there bcz owner stay in same place in ground area for residential and walking in towel and come again again reception area infront of ladies shame less person. 4)conjunction in room and no ventilation in room because they looked balcony area and windows. might be neighbours were not allow them to operate hotel in that area. 5) some area that (kitchen area they reserved for personal use in middle of rooms like scrap and dirty things that creates smell and mosquitos. 6 no option for star reviews (0 star) thats the reason we done it 1 star but they deserve actually 0 star (zero star) 7 ❌❌❌❌ NOT SAFE AND GOOD FOR LADIES AND FAMILIES ❌❌❌❌

The hotel staff was exceptional in providing service. From the moment I checked in to the time I checked out, they were courteous and attentive. The front desk staff was helpful with any inquiries, and the housekeeping team ensured the room was immaculate

I was here during Holi, prices are very affordable. Hotel is a 5-min walk from the railway station and 10-min walk from the Mahakal temple. The owner and staff were very supportive and good in behaviour. One can surely try this hotel during their visit to Ujjain.

Worst hotel ever visited the owner of hotel was very rude misbehaved. I would recommend not to go in this hotel ,no services nothing ...and especially the behaviour with your coustomer the thing which matters a lot when others visit your city was very bad

The service was not good.The staff's behavior was very bad. Ac is not working properly in ac room.The manager's behavior was very dirty. He talks very dirty to the ladies and his behavior too.

Jai mahakal ) I stayed in this hotel with 2 of my friends and we all were very impressed with the service of the hotel......... Very friendly staff of this hotel. Their room and bathroom is so clean. And the best part of this hotel is that its very close to Mahakal temple ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ....Now whenever we come to visit again, we will stay in this hotel😇...
