Hotel Kalpana Palace Ujjain

I recently stayed at this hotel in Ujjain, and overall, it was an average experience. The best part of the stay was definitely the location—it's very close to the Mahakaal temple, which is a huge plus. The breakfast was decent, offering a simple but tasty spread. However, the hotel itself felt quite basic for the price. While the rooms were clean, they were not particularly well-maintained, with some signs of wear and tear. The reception staff were not very welcoming, which left a negative impression on my overall stay. For the price, the hotel is fine, but don't expect anything beyond the basics.

We booked this hotel for two days but decided to change it after one day. **Positive:** - Great location near Mahakal Temple. - Staff is very helpful and supportive. - Breakfast was good **Negatives:** - Mattress was too hard, causing backaches. - Recommend checking the mattress before booking. - Rooms are small. - Charges are high compared to room size.

This is the only place that truly deserves to be called a hotel, as others are in name only. They have maintained everything that a hotel should offer: no power cuts, a good location, 24/7 availability, polite and well-behaved staff, timely and quality food, ample parking space, both hot and cold water for bathing, and rooms that smell fresh every time you enter. Breakfast is included in the daily charges, and clean drinking water is provided. The hotel excels in every aspect, and I will definitely stay here again on future visits. I stayed for two nights with my family, and it was a great experience.

Last week I stayed in this hotel for 2N3D. Best hotel in Ujjain near to Mahakaal Temple. Excellent location. Walking distance to Mahakaal Temple. The rooms were very clean, food was also good. Excellent quality of service provided by the Manager and other staff at reception, restaurant and room service. All of them were very polite, helpful and cooperative. One should stay in this hotel if he is visiting Ujjain,

The location of the hotel is great. Rooms are not exactly big, as shown in the pictures. The Washroom was decent. The best part of this hotel is that it's located near the mahakal temple at walking distance. Valet parking is available, which is a big relief if you travel by your own car. No nearby hotels have parking.

Very Good Hotel. Ambiance is very good. Room are too good, spacious and clean. Very important. Complementary Breakfast is mind blowing. If you have not any budget constraints, you can visit this Hotel.

Tried contacting hotel for booking, but staff is such overconfident that they proudly comments that they don't talk to customer who ask for rates. Ask me to directly contact owner of hotels. Atleast learn basic sales skills for talking to customers. Being customer, i have right to ask for best rates from you. Only one thing I would like to say, don't be overconfident this much. Everyone will have one time where you will need others.

I have stayed here from 02 to 04 august, Be honest Rooms are neat and clean, wash rooms are spacious and clean, Front desk staff is also polite and helpful, Breakfast is delicious. All in one 5 star hotel for stay in Ujjain.
