Hotel Shree Govind Palace

My experience was average. The rooms and services both needs improvement. Customer handling and services needs to be proactive. Hygeine was average. Room size was good. Owner's behaviour was good. At last, as per the tariff and services I found the hotel to be little expensive. Gautam Sir, the owner is of friendly in nature which I liked and also he himself is very cooperative but in his absence the staffs are not doing a great job.

My experience with them was good. They provide all the facilities. They provide normal water freely, but if someone asks for hot water to drink they charge extra for the hot water when it's their duty to provide the same. Bcoz some people who drink hot water regularly ask for it. It's their duty to satisfy the customer's request. So I ask them to look into this matter considerably. Hope so.

The hotel is good , hotel staff are helpful, ladies can stay alone in this hotel there is a full security for ladies. Location is nearby stations.
