Hotel Aamantran Avenue

I took a room for 2-3 hours just to get fresh. Price was 800 which is slightly on the higher side, but the room was good. Service was good too.

AC didn't work ALL NIGHT. Called repeatedly, NO RESPONSE. Absolutely terrible and wouldn't recommend. Very bad hotel

2 bed 1600 rs 3 bed 2000 rs 4 bed 2400 rs Price is not worth because not at good clean rooms. We have many big mosquitos in room and room is not good clean enough. Water issue is also there. After asking for water many times they will provide you water only for one time Only advantage is, it is near from railway station, apart from that not at worth in this price

This hotel is just fine. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is also very close to the railway station. But there is no proper arrangement for parking. The hotel management asks you to park your car on the road side, for which they also take verbal responsibility but till any untoward incident happens. The rooms are in great need of overhauling. It seems that since the opening of the hotel, no maintenance has been done except for some much needed improvements.

It looks good on the outside but the experience of staying here was very average as compared to the prices they charge per night. The washroom and room service facilities especially annoyed us as not a thing was functional in the washroom and there was only a single staff for room service which further costed us more time for doing particular tasks. Also, the things mentioned by the manager which would be provided to us were not provided and so promise fulfillment was another issue. At last, I would say that it was a very average experience with respect to the prices charged for such service.

Just opposite to Ujjain Junction. Location wise very good but it's not worth 2500 per night. We stayed 3 days but no room cleaning, water was coming to room from washroom. Washroom was stinking, when we informed they came up with odonil. They denied to provide plates. I have never seen any hotel who don't give plates. Pillow cover was very dirty, bedsheet was also dirty but when we requested they changed it. Lights was in very poor condition. If it's around 1200 room then we can expect and accept this kind of service. Staff behaviour was good except the night staffs.

Don't even think to visit this property, the staff specially on counter persons behaviour is rude and he have his own rules for guest. We book the room for 27th Oct to 28th Oct. Check out is 10am compulsory, if u ask for anything he first inform you price, no plates available if u order food from out side, u can not wait or seat in side the property after check in. We have train at 5pm and our check out at 10am we went for Temple darshant and some work we ask for 2hr waiting due to train at 5om but properly manager not allowed us and simply ask to leave the property. Rooms, Service, cleaning everything is waste of money if u book this property. Our suggestion is whenever visit Ujjain please book online any hostel but don't book Hotel Aamantran Avenue. Really bad experience in my 25 year traveling life for this property.

Please never book this stay. Rooms are full of stains. Bed liners, bed sheets , pillows all had dirty stains. Blood stains. Never book this hotel. The guy sitting at reception has no manners to talk. Kindly avoid.
