Dirty and unhygienic rooms…poor service. Stop making fool to customers on the name of Fab hotels. Hotels are local 1/2 star hotels which Fab is showing as Fab hotels on the booking sites. Booked Fab express Orbit hotel in Ujjain which was pathetic and quite expensive as per the facility and service provided. Never book this hotel..total waste of money. Don’t trust Fab hotels else you will be cheated.

The Hotel was near the mahakal chouraha as well as near to mahakal lok gate, easy access to Mahakal temple. The rates are resonable, staff was courteous and helpfull. The rooms were good and they delivered as promised, 4/5 because improvements can be done for stuff in room , no toileteries ,no towel provided. Rest it was amazing and will do stay when ever I reach ujjain

No frill, basic but neat and clean. Just 300m from mahaleshwar temple. Excellent location surrounded by shops and bang in the center of town. Good supportive staff If u r looking for a basic and clean stay close to the temple, go for it

Do not book rooms here Overpriced unhygienic rooms I booked a room with breakfast they served 1 plate poha 1 kachori and 1 tea in breakfast

Have been there and stayed like 4-5 times for official purpose.....they have nice clean and well maintained rooms.....with good ambience and easy check in ..... They also serve really good and tasty food... they also provide uh Free breakfast....Staff is also well mannered and good...if you want to stay, in a nice but pocket friendly hotel....i must recommend this.

This is very nice hotel staff behaviour was very good and services also good room cleaning exiclient couple also recommend that hotel safety and view was nice in room and I thought very nice for stay Had a great #stay and the staff was good. Best oartbof my stay was food. Everyone over there was supportive and I will keep visiting there. #muststay

If you are willing to take hotel rooms with affordable prices then this is the best place to visit because they have budget friendly costing and vibrant ambience and the space is fully furnished with great environment and other things too. they have easy booking with flexibility.
