Hotel Paradise

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was not cleaned properly, with water dripping from almost all the taps. The bucket and mug provided were dirty. The TV and WiFi were not working throughout my stay. Overall, the hotel service was poor and did not meet my expectations. I hope they improve these issues for future guests.

The room was very good but the service was worst. The staff was so rude specially the one on reception and the room service boy at the point of check out. They bought our food order at 12.15 am when everybody of us slept and also ready to refund the amount saying that our pizza got wasted. The pizza was not at all cooked properly so they sent another after 50 mins. The man sitting on reception was very very rude. Didn’t like at all!!!! No ethics , no respect in their staff

The hotel is really awesome. The reception staff is very polite ,cooperative and ready to serve at all times. Really liked their attitude of service .Housekeeping ones are also good..hotel recommended...

Old but hidden gem in Nagar. Good rooms in affordable rate, food quality is good, restaurant on 3rd floor is also good. Internal ambience is nice.

The hotel is really beautiful with good space and ambience. The housekeeping service is excellent. All the staff of hotel is really friendly plus professional.They really care about guests comfort and requirements. Additionally complete all your demands at any time so the reception is also very active and alert 24/7. Laundry service is also good. The hotel is located at good location with bus stand, railway station and market being nearby. The complementary breakfast is also good. The food of the restaurant is also good and the most important thing I liked is the cleanliness in the hotel and positive and safe atmosphere for women as well.
