Situated On one of the major road of the city. Lift available is good thing. Rooms are average. But not bad. Didn't got hot water for bath in morning. Safe place. Good and co operative staff.

The location of the hotel is top notch. Plenty of restaurants around. The rooms are clean AC and Non AC both. The hotel itself is old so the rooms feel outdated. However the rates are low. If you have a tight budget you can stay here.

Reached at night around 1AM at night to nagar for stay.. me my wife and my daughter.. the hotel person asked us documents, provided the adhar cards for both of us but they denied to give rooms just because name mismatch On aadhar card.. surname should match.

Good hotel for one night stay. Room size is very good with Air conditioning and lift available for upper floors. Generator is there if power supply fails. Good service from a restaurant of the hotel on ground floor. Appeared to be old styled with no auto lock nor power supply with key insertion. Toilets clean with hot and cold water supply, but bath area was in the middle at lower level between wash basin and W.C. at end near window. No place to keep soap during bath. Taxi arrangement available.||Location is good with other good restaurants in the neighbourhood and hotels also. Good for short stay.

Famous Place crossing named on this hotel as premdan Chowk, Old property, and well maintained, and Nice clean Rooms, only disappointment is no breakfast or meal served as their restaurant closed.. They even won't allow for 1 hour early check-in while majority rooms are empty.. Only recommended for Stay.. Look for other budget options if not try this one
