Hotel Spy Lodging

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a very disturbing experience I had at your hotel. During my recent visit, I was threatened by someone from the hotel staff (or management), and I was also overcharged for the services provided. This behavior is completely unacceptable and has caused me a great deal of stress and discomfort. I request that you take immediate action against the individuals responsible. I also demand a full explanation and refund for the extra amount charged. If no action is taken, I will be compelled to escalate this matter further, including reporting it to consumer protection authorities and sharing my experience on social media. Please consider this complaint seriously and respond at the earliest.
